Devine Publishers – Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who currently resides in South Africa only. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
2. How to Enter: Participants must sign up using the ‘Sign Up’ link and comment ‘ aJourney2TheTruth’ in the comment below. Only entries that comply with the stated instructions will be considered.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway will begin on 07 December 2023 and end on 08 January 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details: The first 50 people will receive A Journey to the truth – The case of KwaSizabantu Ebook, and one lucky winner will receive A Journey to the truth – The case of KwaSizabantu paperback. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via email within 15 days after the giveaway ends. The first 50 entries to comply with the entry criteria will receive their ebook via email within 30 days from verification date.
6. Claiming the Prize: To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 10 days of notification and provide proof of identity, and delivery address.
7. Publicity Release: By participating, entrants agree to allow Devoted Publications to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
